Goldwing Emblems & Paint
Brian sent his motorcycle to the shop about 3 weeks ago to get it painted. It is going to be a candy apple red. In the meantime he has been working to make all the other parts of the motorcycle look good. These are the emblems that are glued onto the various parts like the side bags, trunk, gas tank, faring, etc. He finally found a paint solution for making them look nice and has been hand painting all of these. I think they look really cool and before they were all old and chipped looking.
He also got new speakers for his sound system and painted the cases for those too. We have also been appying black marine vinyl to other various parts like a bag for the small glove compartment or a cover that goes around the stereo because most of these parts are old looking and cracked from being in the sun. It is coming together nicely.
We went to preview what the paint color looks like the other day and it is so cool looking. The paint should be done sometime next week.

Valentine's Day
I made this for Brian for valentine's day. He loved it a lot because I wrote it myself and some of them are pretty funny. He said he wants to keep it and look at it again in ten years and laugh. We made hamburgers together and Brian picked up a bloomin onion. That was such a good dinner at home alone.
I also made Brian an ice-cream pie with an oreo crust and oreos in the middle and extra oreos. There was also fudge in the middle. Ok maybe the pie was for me too, it was just so good! He surprised me with a flower, that was so nice. I like the flower a lot. He does not give me flowers often but that is ok because when he does it is extra nice.

Camping at Oneill Park
We went camping at Oneill regional park again this weekend. I got Brian this tent for his birthday early because this was the only weekend we could use it. It is a nice large tent with a screen room. He likes it a lot. We made hotdogs for dinner and for breakfast we made fried egg sandwiches and hashbrowns over the fire by using some nonstick sandwich cooker sticks we found. It was pretty fun. We did not do much but sit and relax but it felt good to enjoy being outside.
